Zanetti & Partners AG (hereinafter abbreviated to z&p) considers it a matter of course to protect personal data and to handle such information carefully and transparently, even in the absence of statutory provisions.
In doing so, z&p complies with the legal provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG), the Ordinance to the Federal Data Protection Act (VDSG) and the provisions of the European Union (EU General Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO).
In principle, we only process data that is necessary for the provision of a service/counter-service within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO or is in our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO.

1. collection and processing of personal data
z&p collects and processes personal data from visitors to its website for internal analyses of their website usage (Google Analytics, etc.) and for marketing activities.
The data collected and stored in our server log files include the information automatically transmitted to us by the server of the users of our website.
This includes:
- browser type and browser version
- operating system used
- Website from which access was made (referrer URL), if applicable with search terms used
- Host name of the accessing computer
- Date and time of the server request

- Transmission protocol (e.g. HTTPS/1.1)
If the contact form is used for inquiries to us, the data collected by the user(s) will be stored by us. This is essentially information such as surname, first name, age, gender, occupation, address, e-mail address, correspondence with z&p, etc.. This information is stored as far as it is useful for the cooperation with the users, for statistical purposes as well as for marketing activities.
The processing of the data that the users of our website provide to us when filling out the contact form is based on the consent of the users (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. A DSGVO). The users can revoke this consent in part or in full at any time and/or demand partial or complete deletion of the stored data. For this purpose, an informal communication by e-mail to our contact person indicated in the privacy policy is sufficient.
Mandatory legal provisions - in particular retention periods - remain unaffected.
The legality of the data processing operations carried out until the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.
The data protection declaration refers exclusively to the domain zanettipartners.ch.
In some cases, z&p refers to Internet pages of third parties. z&p declines any liability for the handling of data protection regulations and compliance with other legal provisions by these third parties.

The personal data automatically transmitted to us by the user's server when visiting our website are used for the user-friendly use of our web offers (cookies) by the users, the reliable operation of the website as well as the protection against misuse (log files).
The personal data collected and stored with the consent of the users is used for optimal support of the users as well as for statistical purposes and marketing activities.

z&p uses services of third-party providers (e.g. Google, social media [Linked-In, XING etc.] etc.). Only the data protection declarations of these third-party providers regarding personal data are authoritative. z&p assumes no liability for the handling of personal data by these service providers.

The copyrights and all other rights to the content, images, photos, recordings or other files on the website belong exclusively to z&p.
It is not permitted to reproduce content, images, photos, recordings or other files, even in part, in any form.
6. changes
The privacy policy may be amended at any time without prior notice.
